Shake well. Apply sparingly to wet hair after washing, massaging the Apple Cider Herbal Vinegar Rinse on scalp and through hair with fingers. Leave for 3-5 minutes and follow with a cold/cool water rinse to further smooth cuticles and for easier detangling.
