All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged. We ask that
you please select your products carefully. Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us
within 24 hrs of placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once 24 hrs have passed.
There will be no refunds or replacements on products that are lost in shipping unless you have purchased insurance. Please see our shipping policies for details.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without the return authorization number, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
If your item arrives damaged and you wish to return it, please obtain a return authorization number by emailing AfroVeda at info@afroveda.com between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Central Standard Time). Please write the return authorization number on the packing slip and return to:

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned:
* AfroVeda Gift Cards
* Product Samples
* Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online. For your protection and to ensure prompt
delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.
